UAB “Valrima” Electronic Store Terms and Conditions of Goods Purchase and Sale
Definitions:
Goods – refer to both general and special items.
Special Goods – include firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition which require a permit issued by the local police department (according to the Republic of Lithuania Law on the Control of Weapons and Ammunition).
General Goods – all other goods that do not require a police-issued permit for purchase.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These purchase–sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) are a legally binding document for both parties – the person purchasing goods from the electronic store (the “Buyer”) and UAB Valrima (the “Seller”). The Rules define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each party.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, in accordance with legal regulations. Any changes will be published on the Seller’s online store. The version of the Rules valid at the time of order submission shall apply.
1.3. Goods may be purchased by:
1.3.1. Legally capable individuals, i.e., adults not restricted by court decision;
1.3.2. Legal entities.
1.4. Goods can be purchased from UAB Valrima’s electronic store via:
1.4.1. Online at www.slopintuvai.lt;
1.4.2. By phone, as listed on the website.
1.5. Restrictions for Special Goods:
1.5.1. Special-purpose goods cannot be purchased online; they are only available in physical stores.
2. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
2.1. By ordering goods online, the Buyer confirms acceptance of the Rules by checking the box indicating: “I have read and agree to the UAB Valrima online store purchase–sale rules.”
2.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of personal data provided. If incorrect data is given, the Seller is not liable and may seek compensation for direct losses.
3. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Seller shall ensure the Buyer has proper access to the store’s services.
3.2. If the Buyer violates obligations or disrupts the online store’s stability/security, the Seller may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.
3.3. The Seller respects the Buyer’s privacy and handles personal information as specified in the order form.
3.4. The Seller is obligated to deliver goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
3.5. The Seller is not responsible for third-party websites linked from the online store.
3.6. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from the Buyer’s failure to read the Rules.
3.7. The Seller is exempt from liability if failure to perform arises from uncontrollable, unforeseeable circumstances.
3.8. If the Seller cannot deliver a product on time, a similar product will be offered. If refused, a refund is issued.
3.9. Prices for some brands may differ between the online and physical stores.
3.10. Promotions and discounts may differ between online and physical stores.
4. Ordering, Pricing, Payment, Terms
4.1. Orders can be placed 24/7.
4.2. Clicking “Confirm Order” does not guarantee reservation. The sale is concluded once the Buyer completes payment and receives email confirmation from the Seller within two business days.
4.3. If the Seller does not confirm, payment is refunded.
4.4. Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT.
4.5. Online prices may differ from physical store prices.
4.6. The Seller may change prices at any time without notice, but this does not affect confirmed orders.
4.7. Delivery costs are not included in the product price.
4.8. Payment methods:
4.8.1. The payment will be made in pick-up store.
4.9. Required order details:
– Individuals: name, surname, email, delivery address, phone number.
– Legal entities: company name, code, VAT code, email, registered address, phone, and recipient’s details.
4.10. Buyer must confirm data accuracy and acceptance of the Rules before completing the order.
5. Delivery and Shipping Costs
General Goods:
5.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
5.2. For in-store pickup, the desired store must be indicated.
5.3. Delivery time is stated in the product description. If not in stock, the Seller will contact the Buyer within two business days. An ID must be shown upon pickup.
5.4. In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen events.
5.5. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package with the courier. Any damage must be noted immediately.
5.6. Products restricted to adults (18+) may only be collected in-store or delivered with age verification.
5.7. Pick-up is free.
6. Product Quality and Warranty
6.1. Product details are listed in each item description.
6.2. The Seller is not responsible for visual differences due to screen settings. Display models may differ due to technical factors.
6.3. Manufacturer warranties apply, as specified in the product information.
7. Returns and Exchanges
7.1. Special Goods (firearms, accessories, ammunition) cannot be returned or exchanged (as per Lithuanian legislation).
7.2. Other goods can be returned or exchanged as per the Civil Code.
7.3. The Buyer can return items within 14 days by submitting a return form.
7.4. Return conditions:
– In original packaging with manuals/warranty cards;
– Undamaged and unused;
– Full original set;
– Proof of purchase must be included.
7.5. VAT invoice or other proof of purchase is required.
7.6. The Seller may refuse returns not meeting the above terms.
7.7. Refunds are issued after returned items are inspected.
7.8. In case of wrong or defective item, replacement is offered. If unavailable, a refund is issued.
7.9. The Buyer is responsible for return packaging.
7.10. Return address: the store where the product was purchased.
7.11. Quality complaints may be submitted to email info@slopintuvai.lt.
7.12. Consumer disputes can be resolved via the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority: Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius LT-01402, www.vvtat.lt.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. When purchasing, the Buyer must provide personal data (name, address, phone, email). 9.2. By agreeing to the Rules, the Buyer consents to the use of this data for order processing and business analysis.
