Due to applicable legal regulations and safety requirements, sound suppressors (silencers for firearms) cannot be shipped by mail or courier.
The product can only be collected in person at a physical store, upon presenting a valid ID and firearm permit.

Returns
Sound suppressors (silencers for firearms) cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the item is technically in working condition. This restriction is based on the provisions of the Law on the Control of Weapons and Ammunition of the Republic of Lithuania, which prohibits returning controlled-category equipment into circulation once sold.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of collection by email or phone — we will arrange warranty service or, if possible, a replacement with a similar model.
Warranty service applies only to technical defects recognized by the manufacturer. Damage caused by mechanical impact or improper use is not covered under warranty.
